区别一：free 可以用作形容词，但freely 不可用作形容词。free 用作形容词主要用法如下：
1. 自由的，无约束的
You are free to go or stay as you please. 你可以走也可以留下，随你便。
You’re free to choose your major. 你可以自由选择你的专业。
2. (时间或空间)空闲的，未被占用的
Will you be free this afternoon? 你今天下午有空吗？
乐意的英文是be willing; be ready to。be willing to后面接do，而不是doing。因为to在这里是不定式符号，而不是介词，所以接do，不接doing。be willing to do sth. 意思是：乐意做某事，愿意做某事。这个句型是主谓补。
There will be no rooms free in the hotel until after the holidays.
要在假期过后旅馆中才有空闲的房间。
3. 免费的，无偿的
You can eat free in my restaurant whenever you like.
