肯定句：There be +主语（某人/物）+ 介词短语. &34;
否定句：There be + not +主语（某人/物）+ 介词短语. &34;

肯定回答：“Yes，there be."
否定回答：“No，there + be与not的缩写形式
注意：当主语不唯一时，be动词的形式要采取“就近原则”，即与be动词靠近的主语保持一致，具体地说，there后面第一个主语若是单数时，be动词就用is；若是复数时，就用are。
拓展：there be和have有时可以互换。但当have表示以下含义时，肯定回答和否定回答英语翻译，不可用"there be替换。，
① 表示“某人所有”
② 表示“某人/某物长有”
