不少同学喜欢英语，却从来不知道商务英语这回事。到了外企工作，发现自己说的这么和老外说的有那么大差异。其实，那是因为没有系统学习过商务英语，对外企外贸常用表达太生疏了。
当然英语基础好，学什么都不难，要有一个学习和适应过程。我们最喜欢总结这些外企高频表达，让大家学习对比。说到“全额付款”，不要说pay all the money，一般都说make payment in full，也可以说make full payment；要表达“平摊费用”，说成go Dutch，或者AA，在外企显得不太合适，最常说split the bill，更常说 go fifty-fifty；说到“无色”，不要说no color，更不要说colorless，地道表达是neutral color，很多膏状的东西，一般都是无色，就用这个表达；说到“大宗订单”，不要说big order，所谓的big order 更多时候是指“金额大的订单”，而“大宗订单”，金额肯定大，但量也要大，所以翻译成bulk order 更常见；说到“最低价格”，说the lowest price，显得产品的档次很低，一般都说rock-bottom price，或者the best price。
3、low level 低水平
如果要表达“在这么短时间内”，你会怎么表达？很多同学喜欢译成in short time或者in such a short time，意思凑合，但是外企同事一听，就知道你英语用得少，会善意笑你，觉得你有点落后了，需要学新的东西。原来，在外企，经常把“在这么短时间内”翻译成at such short notice。短语at short notice 一是“随时，没有准备时间，时间短”，加上such 就表示“如此”。在这个短语，虽然出现了notice，但是和通知并没有必然的关系。
